There are no refunds on tickets once purchased. If you've got a promo code this must be entered at checkout, promo codes cannot be applied after purchase.
Shipping
All tickets are sent via email moments after purchase, be sure to check your spam folder too. If you've ordered a Gift Card by Post, this will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.
